How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent concrete provider in the network. Not a call center script. Not a salesperson for Estimatedzealand Concrete. The provider runs their own business and does their own work.
What Happens Next
After you send your request, a provider may reach out. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Expect questions about:
- Project type and size
- Your address area and access
- Finish you want, plain or stamped
- Your timeline
Some providers visit the site to measure and check drainage. Others give a rough range first. Either is normal.
If a visit is planned, clear the area where you can. Move planters, cars, and furniture so the provider can walk the space and measure it with ease.
What to Ask a Provider
Keep the list short. Get answers in writing.
- What is included in the quote? Demolition, base, forms, rebar or mesh, finish, sealer?
- How thick will the slab be?
- How will water drain away?
- Where will joints go?
- Do you handle permits?
- Can you show proof of license and insurance?
- What happens if weather delays the pour?
Ask about frost, too. Deep frost heaves weak bases. A solid base matters more than most people expect.
You Are in Control
You do not have to say yes. Talk to more than one provider. Compare scope, not just price. A low number may leave things out.
You can also stop at any point. Requesting an estimate carries no obligation.
Take your time with the written quote. Check the scope, the materials, and the payment steps. If a line is vague, ask the provider to spell it out before you agree.
