How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Estimatedzealand Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or message to Estimatedzealand Concrete was handled
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If work at your home went wrong, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But be clear on this: Estimatedzealand Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@estimatedzealand.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want done
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
