About Estimatedzealand Concrete and How Referrals Work

What Estimatedzealand Concrete Is

We are a referral service. That is all. We help homeowners planning new concrete work reach independent providers in Cleveland and the Cleveland area.

We do not pour, finish, or stamp concrete. Providers do.

Why This Site Exists

Most people start a concrete project with questions. How thick should the slab be? Is stamped concrete worth it? What will frost do to it? Answers are hard to find and easy to get wrong.

So we lead with the answer, then the reason. Know your options. Then pick a provider.

How Matching Works

You tell us about your project. Size, type, and location help most. We then connect you with a provider in the network who handles that kind of work in your area.

You may get contact from one provider. You can talk to others too. Nothing is locked in, and you decide who to hire, if anyone.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

  • Be upfront about scope and price
  • Give written quotes
  • Explain prep, drainage, and jointing in plain words
  • Follow local rules and permit requirements
  • Treat homeowners with respect

Check license and insurance details yourself. Ask each provider for proof before you sign.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not promise results, schedules, or outcomes. We do not handle repair complaints or customer service for a provider's job.

The contract is between you and the provider. Read it closely before you sign, and ask about anything that seems unclear.

How We Get Paid

Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. Requesting an estimate through this site carries no obligation. The price of your job is set between you and the provider.

Spot It Early

We also share basic guidance. Hairline cracks, standing water, and sunken edges are early signs. Catch them soon and the fix is often smaller. A provider can tell you whether you need a patch or a new pour.

If you are not sure what you are seeing, take a few clear photos in dry weather. They help a provider give you a more useful first answer.
